Description of loop route

CBCWA Water Distribution "LOOP" SYSTEM

The following locations indicate water main route, contract and municipality for the CBCWA distribution system portion of the project.

East of the Fox River

CONTRACT A-VILLAGE OF BELLEVUE

  1. Willow Road (from Erie Road to Cottage Road)-generally in the north road right-of-way.
  2. Cottage Road (from Willow Road to Kewaunee Road/STH 29)-generally in the west road right-of-way.
  3. Kewaunee Road (from Cottage Road to Bellevue connection point 1, generally in the north road right-of-way-Note that the south side of the road in this section is the town of Ledgeview.

CONTRACT A-TOWN OF LEDGEVIEW

  1. Kewaunee Road (from the Bellevue connection point 1 system on Kewanee Road to Main Street/Manitowoc Road)-generally in the south road right-of-way -Note that the north side of the road is in the village of Bellevue.
  2. Main Street/Manitowoc Road (from Kewaunee Road to Elm View Road)-generally in the north road right-of-way.
  3. Elm View Road (from Main Street/Manitowoc Road to Pine Grove Road)-generally on the east road right-of-way.

CONTRACT A-TOWN OF GLENMORE IS ON SOUTH SIDE AND THE TOWN OF LEDGEVIEW IS ON NORTH SIDE OF THE ROAD

  1. Pine Grove Road (from Elm View Road to Dutchman Road where line goes cross country)-generally in the south road right-of-way. Anticipate crossing to the north side of Pine Grove at the east side of Dutchman Road and crossing to the north side of the creek before crossing Dutchman Road.
  2. Cross-country (from Dutchman Road to Scray Hill Road at Lime Kiln Road)-generally in an easement to be acquired on the north side of the creek at Dutchman Road staying on the north side of the property line to Scray Hill Road. At Lime Kiln Road the main would be north of the property line and south of the barn/garage.
  3. Scray Hill Road (from Lime Kiln Road to Whisper Lane)-generally in the south road right-of-way.
  4. Scray Hill Road (from Whisper Lane to where Scray Hill Road has made the turn north)-generally in the south lane of Scray Hill Road pavement (eastbound lane) and south right-of-way.

CONTRACT A-TOWN OF LEDGEVIEW

  1. Cross-country (from where Scray Hill Road has made the turn north, to Heritage Road about 1,300 feet west of Tower Road)-in easements.

CONTRACT B-TOWN OF LEDGEVIEW

  1. Heritage Road (from where the route joins Heritage Road about 1,300 feet west of Tower Road to the east side of the East River)-generally in the north pavement lane (westbound lane) or north road right-of-way.
  2. Heritage Road (from east side of the East River to Swan Road)-generally in the south road right-of-way.
  3. Heritage Road (from east side of the Swan Road to CTH PP/South Broadway)-generally in the north road right-of-way.
  4. CTH PP/South Broadway (from Heritage Road to O'Keefe Road)-generally in the east road right-of-way -Note the west side of the road is the city of De Pere.

CONTRACT B-CITY OF DE PERE

  1. CTH PP/South Broadway (from O'Keefe Road to Cook Street)-generally in the east road right-of-way (note this is also STH 57 in this area).
  2. Cook Street (from Fox River to Erie Street)-generally in the south road right-of-way or pavement lane.
  3. Erie Street (from Cook Street to Merrill Street)-generally in the west street right-of-way or southbound traffic lane.
  4. Merrill Street (from Erie Street to the De Pere connection point 1 about 1,750 feet east of Erie Street)-generally in the south pavement edge.
  5. Washington Street (from Merrill Street to Chicago Street)-generally in the east street right-of-way or east pavement lane.
  6. Chicago Street (from Washington Street to Webster Avenue)-generally in the north edge of the pavement.
  7. Webster Avenue (from Chicago Street to Lebrun Street)-generally under the pavement in the east (northbound) traffic lane, although the route may cross and travel a short distance in the southbound traffic lane crossing CTH G.

CONTRACT B-1-VILLAGE OF ALLOUEZ-note that Allouez is handling all construction contact and public relations directly for this project!

  1. Webster Avenue (from Lebrun Street to Vande Hei Road)-generally under the pavement in the east (northbound) traffic lane.
  2. Vande Hei Road (from Webster Avenue to Clay Street-connection point AZ-2)-generally in the south road right-of-way.
  3. Vande Hei Road (from Clay Street at the Allouez connection point to Libal Street)-generally in the north road right-of-way.
  4. Libal Street (from Vande Hei Road to STH 172 to connection point AZ-1)-generally in the pavement lane.

West of the Fox River

CONTRACT D-CITY OF DE PERE

  1. Marsh Street and/or Marsh Street extended (from the Fox River to Fourth Street)-generally in the north right-of-way or north (westbound) traffic lane of Marsh Street and an easement from St. Norbert College from the end of Marsh Street to the Fox River-Note that this may change to Stewart Street from the river to Third Street, up Third to Marsh Street and Marsh to Fourth Street.
  2. Easement (from Fourth Street where Marsh Street would be extended to the Fox River Valley RR (FRV RR) or with a slight bend south at Fourth Street to miss private property and use St. Norbert College property)-generally this will be in an easement that will be acquired across private property or property currently controlled by St. Norbert College.
  3. Easements (from FRV RR at Marsh Street extended, to Grant Street)-generally in easements from private property and/or St. Norbert College and using existing De Pere easements, on the east side of the FRV RR.
  4. Grant Street (from FRV RR to East Frontage Road)-generally on the south (eastbound) traffic lane or south road right-of-way.
  5. East Frontage Road (Grant Street to Scheuring Road)-generally on the west road right-of-way and under the southbound traffic lane nearing Scheuring Road
  6. Scheuring Road (from East Frontage Road to about 300 feet east of American Boulevard)-generally in the south road right-of-way.
  7. Lawrence Drive (from Scheuring Road to Fortune Avenue)-generally in the east road right-of-way and under the northbound traffic lane.
  8. Fortune Avenue (from Lawrence Drive to American Boulevard)-generally in the north road right-of-way.
  9. American Boulevard (from Fortune Avenue to Red Maple Road)-generally in the west road right-of-way.
  10. American Boulevard (from Red Maple Road to about 1,000 feet south of the end of American Boulevard following the general extension of American Boulevard)-generally on the east side of the road right-of-way -Note that some of this may be moved into the island between the north and south traffic lanes.
  11. Cross Country (from the American Boulevard extended section to FRV RR and the shared connection point De Pere and Ledgeview-2).
  12. Cross Country (from FRV RR, under the RR to a terminal point east of the RR and north of Emeu Chase Drive)-Note that east of the RR is in the town of Lawrence.
  13. Grant Street (from East Frontage Road to West Frontage Road)-generally in the south (eastbound) pavement lane under STH 41. Note that north of the road is in the town of Lawrence.

CONTRACT D-TOWN OF LAWRENCE

  1. Grant Street/CTH EE (from West Frontage Road to CTH EB)-generally in the south road right-of-way. Note that a portion of the route is in the city of De Pere for a few hundred feet west of the West Frontage Road and portions of this are also in the village of Ashwaubenon especially on the north side of the road from Sand Acres Road to CTH EB (Packerland).
  2. West Frontage Road (from Grant Street to the De Pere-3/Ledgeview-1 connection point south of Sundown Lane)-generally in the east road right-of-way.

CONTRACT D-VILLAGE OF HOBART

  1. Grant Street/CTH EE (from CTH EB to CTH GE)-generally in the south road right-of-way.
  2. CTH GE (from Grant Street/CTH EE to CTH G)-generally in the west road right-of-way.

CONTRACT E-VILLAGE OF HOBART

  1. CTH GE (CTH G to STH 54)-generally in the west road right-of-way.
  2. STH 54 (from CTH GE to about 2,000 feet west of Pleasant Lane)-generally in the north road right-of-way, shoulder and pavement.

CONTRACT E-CITY OF GREEN BAY

  1. STH 54 (from about 2,000 feet west of Pleasant Lane/Hillcrest Road/CTH FF)-generally in the north road right-of-way, shoulder and pavement
  2. Hillcrest Road/CTH FF (from STH 54 to the Duck Creek)-generally in the west road right-of-way and west (southbound) traffic lane.

CONTRACT E-VILLAGE OF HOBART

  1. Hillcrest Road/CTH FF (from Duck Creek to STH 29/32)-generally in the west road right-of-way and west (southbound) traffic lane.

CONTRACT E-VILLAGE OF HOWARD

  1. Sherwood Street (from STH 29/32 to Shawano Avenue/CTH C)-generally in the west road right-of-way.
  2. Shawano Avenue/CTH C (from Sherwood Street to the Howard connection point-1 west of Greenfield Avenue and north of Evergreen Avenue)-generally in the north road right-of-way.

CONTRACT C-PARTIAL ONLY-CITY OF DE PERE-remainder of C is in the city of Manitowoc

  1. Cook Street on the east side of the River crossing the River to either Marsh Street or to Stewart Street. Still being negotiated.
