Residents look for crackdown on illegal fishing

Diane Bierowicz’s condominium overlooks Lake Michigan and Kenosha’s Simmons Island Marina, normally a beautiful view.
But on a late October night she and her boyfriend Craig Jones heard a strange sound and looked out to see something ugly — people kicking king salmon on shore and hitting them with bats.
