Representatives from the Central Brown County Water Authority and its member communities toured areas of construction along the pipeline route in April. Representatives view the shaft being constructed on the west side of the Fox River in De Pere. A similar shaft is being constructed on the east side. The shafts will be used to get equipment to the depth necessary to tunnel bore underneath the river.
