The final leg of the pipeline route tour in April was at Manitowoc Public Utilities (MPU).  MPU contracted with the Authority to supply drinking water to the Authority.  The construction taking place in the photo is the raw water intake facility being built, which will take water from the lake and pump it to the treatment facility.
