A filtration box is used to filter water pumped out of a trench near the Sorenson Creek crossing. Water is pumped into a filtration box and then drains out through 18-inches of gravel, additional clean stone and silt fence which removes sediment. The water is then released traveling across approximately 65-feet of land prior to it re-entering the streambed. Jan. 10, 2006 |
