How declining lake ice affects local culture

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - The amount of ice on the Great Lakes has been steadily and significantly decreasing over the past five decades, according to scientists at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Those who have built their lives around the ice are now hanging in the balance.
